The following informations serves as a template for properly labeling all instructional handouts that are created by our Instructional Technology Resource Teachers (ITRTs) and are posted to this wiki space for distribution.

The following documents were created for use by ETS-I staff when creating handouts. These documents were created using the footer in example number 4. A page number has been added to the document footer.
